Man, that felt so good! It was so fun to realize that I was actually getting into a rhythm during the two minute intervals and really picking up the pace. And my run went by like that *snap*. Intervals. Daunting at first, but really fun in the end.
We leave this afternoon for Seattle for the 1st Annual(?) Petree Family Reunion. First big trip with the in-laws and I am so excited to see Shawn and Anna's place in WA. And to run in a new state! And to finally see the west coast! And to be in a dry place where it won't rain! Yes, Texas is frightfully wet and I'm tired of it. Give me sun and tall trees and mild temps.
