Yup, me and my knees, we're ok for now. Today's run was kickin' and it felt so stinkin' good. I love feeling strong again. I'm off today and continuing to work on making our bedroom a lovely haven of confort and romance. I'll post pics when it's complete. I'm hitting the track this afternoon to calibrate the Ipod sensor.
