Short on time, can't be late for work. May come back and add to this later. This was my longest workout yet, but it felt good. I feel ready for more running which I guess is a good sign. Maybe Allie will drop a comment and explain why the workouts are structured the way they are?....... Getting really hot here, even at 7 a.m. it's a warm 75-80 degrees. Yikes.
