That's what it feels like when you foolishly think that you are still a 23 year old runner and go do a hard workout the night before and run the easy workout the next morning. Yeah. Not 23 anymore.

Amen to that! I wouldn't go back and do 23 for all the money in the world. Worst year ever...
Do you also feel the same aches and pains in your knees and ankles? Maybe it's time for an onld-lady walker.
Um, Debo? You're still older than me. By a lot. Which means my young knees and ankles can kick your butt and then run away. Faster.
But yes, my knees are hurting these days. And no, I don't need a walker. Just ice.
