I'm running out of things to say here! Now that I'm actually back into full fledged running, I found myself wanting to start building my mileage and doing the steady runs I used to do. We'll see what the ol' trainer says :) We head out to Seattle tomorrow and I am bound and determined to keep up the workouts. Waiting to hear from the fabulous and strong Serena about the tri yesterday...

Here are some ideas to keep the running blog fresh:

1. Mention Debbie more often
2. Discuss cute and non-cute running outfits--on others you see as you run
3. Discuss your musings about current celebrity activity (brainstorm during run)
4. Fabricate dramatic running adventures involving international espionage
